We have a 7:25 AM flight leaving from Linate Airport in Milan (at the end of our trip). Any recommendations for accommodations for the night before that provide easy transfer to the airport? Thanks in advance.

We also have an early flight out of Linate in the spring. My research tells me that Linate is in the city. There is regular airport bus service from Milan Centralle, and the trip should be about 15 minutes. Taxis are also available. Therefore, we are staying a block from the main train station, Hotel Berna. Hope this helps. When is your trip? We can report back in a few months. Safe travels.

Linate is 15-20 minute taxi ride away from the Milan Duomo area. A few years ago, I stayed at Hotel Gran Duca di York and took a taxi for my morning flight. I don't remember the exact cost - maybe 25-30 Euro?

Our experience was that taxis were a ripoff, so we used Uber.

I have flown out of Linate at that hour several times. Once I stayed at the Moxy hotel at Linate airport. They called a taxi for the 5 min or less ride to the airport. I have also taken a taxi from the Gran Duca hotel. Taxi fares have always seemed very reasonable to me. Sometimes in Naples that might not be the case.
