Hello everyone. We are headed to Stresa at the end of July and I've left booking accommodation for this leg of our trip a bit late. I'm having trouble finding accommodation for a family of 4: 2 adults, 2 children. When I look on Trip Advisor, the prices are astronomical, because I'm quoted for 2 rooms (they may not even be connected? Who knows?) and Air BnB is mind boggling. Can anyone recommend a family friendly place in or close by Stresa? Or on Lake Maggiore? We'll have a car, so not bothered if slightly out of town. Thanks.

These are 2 great flats in Stressa - 2 bedrooms - about $200 per pm. Both have parking. One looks over the lake.

We stayed at the Hotel Rigoli a few miles down the road from Stresa in Baveno. It's a nice family-run place right on the lake, and I think they have family rooms that accommodate four people. The price was reasonable.
