Since we were Cinque Terre last, I have started using a wheelchair. This year, we are planning to stay in Monterosso al Mar. i would love to take the ferry along the coast of the villages. Looks like I can board and disembark at the ferry dock in Monterosso. Does anyone know if I can also get off the dock and into town in the other villages? Thank you.

Unfortunately, the ferry boats / docks can't handle wheelchairs. The restriction doesn't seem to be specified on their present website, but it has appeared in past years. The gangways are rather narrow and the docks at most of the ports make the boats susceptible to movement from wave action.
