Hello,
Dumb mistake -
At checkout they ask for the names on the ticket.
I purchased 2 tickets and they both have my name on them.
Will this be a problem when I pick up tickets at the booth?
My memory is a little hazy, but I don't think anybody looked closely enough at my reservation or asked for any proof of ID to match the name on the ticket. I think you'll be fine.
I haven't been there recently, but I'd be shocked if anyone gives you any trouble. Especially if one of the names is legit.
I was just there. If they are full fare tickets it should be okay as they did not ask to see ID (except a confirmation to actually pick up the tickets). If they are reduced fare tickets (kids) they asked for the passport.
Hello kentreuille, and welcome to the forum!
I was last there in 2022 and you will be asked to line up outside according to the time of your reservation and then let in to handle tickets and admission. Have you reservation with the confirmation and the time on your phone and/or printed out to show both at the line up and the ticket collection. It is all very organized and is optimized for efficiency and speed not the details of your order.
Even in places where we had reserved discounted tickets - such as senior discounts - and the web sites warned that you will be asked to prove it with ID when you pick up the tickets it never actually happened anywhere. They move so many people a day they are focused on keeping up with the crowds and getting people through the ticket and security lines not demanding ID from everyone.
I bet that even if the name on your tickets didn't match your name you would get in as long as you had the confirmation email. Something as minor as our name being on both the tickets will not be a problem. They will scan the barcodes and admit you without a second thought.
Have a great trip,
