Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping someone has experienced this before and can advise...I ordered tickets to the Accademia and Uffizi galleries on the B-ticket website linked on Rick's Florence page. I received a confirmation email from the site that transaction approved but I have not received the voucher email for the ticket exchange!
Has anyone experienced this before? It's been three hours already. I thought it was an automatic process?! Does the ticket send the next day maybe?
I might not have access to a printer after today, would they accept if I pull it up on my phone?
