I was just on the official websitetheir system is finally working after several days of being down. I got everything lined up. Got the days I wanted and then the times I wanted. When I went to enter my credit info, I noticed that the website address (where you pay) does not have https in front. Https indicates that the website is secure. I was hesitant to put my information in because there was no https. Has anyone had a problem with credit/identity theft after buying tickets at the official Florence Museum website?

I used the site to get my Accademia tickets and didn't notice this. I haven't had any strange charges show up on my card or seen anything on the web where people have had trouble with this.

I used the web site in March to buy tickets. No problems since then. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
