You will need to choose a specific date and time slot; for adult tickets, you'll choose "Full", as in full price.
For getting your tickets (this from the website's "Terms and Conditions"):

"Once payment has been successfully made, an order confirmation containing a transaction identification code will be displayed by the system. Shortly after, you will also receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail indicating the type of tickets purchased, the price paid and the procedure for picking up your tickets. The ticket/s can be picked up at the ticket booths of the Museums upon presentation of the purchase confirmation e-mail."

As far as I know, you can't have tickets mailed to you.

Is there a place where we can get the scademia tickets emailed and we don’t have to wait on any line to pick up the tickets

Since all tickets are timed, There is no line worth worrying about to pick up the tickets. There is a line for security and no one can skip it.

That's the whole point of timed-entry tickets: you don't have to stand in a ticket line as you essentially already have them. You'll be given instructions for picking them up when you purchase them online; you won't be standing in any sort of long queue for people who don't have tickets. NO one skips the security check line but it won't be long.

You do need to be on time for your appointed time slot so keep an eye on the clock!
