I use a broker called AutoEurope to rent cars in Italy. They work with all major companies. Check pricing in all their websites (they have multiple), as prices vary (see below):

Of the major rental car companies only Avis-Budget and Hertz are present in Avezzano. I’m sure AutoEurope will list their deals with those two companies.
