My husband, I and 2 teenage daughters are traveling to Italy this summer. We plan to do a farm stay. Which area has more to offer? I haven't read many reviews about Abruzzi area.

There is a farmstay, we believe, in either Abruzzo or on or near its border, which has been raved about many times here. Abruzzo is bound to be cheaper than Tuscany and much less touristy. We suggest going online to an Abruzzo website or Big Italy Map or the like and seeing what there is to offer.
