Luggage Storage

I will be flying in to Rome and I plan to visit Cinque Terre before I join up with a group touring the rest of Italy. Can anyone tell me about the luggage storage at the airport or train station in Rome.

At the Rome train station there is a staffed luggage hold service, but no lockers.
