9 days are not enough to venture all over the place. Sardinia is too big and roads are curvy. Therefore focus on the north.
You have some of the best places already in the list, although I have never been or heard of San Pantaleo.
Add CASTELSARDO, the prettiest village in Sardinia and one of the top in Italy? Also spend some time in Santa Teresa di Gallura and use it as a base to take a boat excursion to the Maddalena Archipelago (a must). From Santa Teresa you could also take a ferry trip across to Bonifacio in Corsica, a beautiful fortified medieval village (that way you can say u went to France too on your honeymoon). The crossing is about 35 min. Each way. Near Santa Teresa also visit Capo Testa and walk to Cala Luna, a beach in a lunar landscape (hence the name).
I think you have more than enough for 9 days. A rental car is a must, in case you weren't sure about transportation.
Buon viaggio and taste some Mirto (after dinner drink) for me. Pane Frattau is my favorite dish, together with porceddu (piglet). Their lobster is good too. If you manage to find Casu Marzu and actually eat it without being so grossed out to the point of passing out, come back and tell us (Casu Marzu is now banned by the EU but it can be found still in some farmhouses in the interior.
