To expand on Tom's link, the Volain airport bus goes to the SITA bus station which is near the main Florence train station. You see this in yellow on Tom's link. The SITA bus is the major bus system from Florence to Siena. So, once you arrive at the SITA bus terminal on the Volainbus from the airport, buy a ticket on the very nice, non-stop SITA Corse Rapide (express) to Siena. This bus stops at the city wall. The train stops almost a mile slightly downhill. The bus is better.
