If you want to get to the Trastevere Roma station from Fiumicino airtport, is it better to take the Express train to Termini then transfer to a train to Trastevere, or is it better to take the FRI
train straight from Fiumicino to Trastevere Roma Station? Thanks!

Much easier to take the FR1 Metropolitan to the Roma Trastevere Rail Station . On normal business days (no holidays or Sundays), these train leave every 15 minutes during the peak periods of the day. Much faster than taking the Leonardo Express all the way to Roma Termini and then having to take the FR5 back out to Trastevere.

Ron, you always have the best advice. I'm filing this one away for our trip next year to Rome, since we'll be staying in Trastevere.
