8 hours in Milan

Thanks in advance for the feedback here. This forum has always been terrific.

In March, my wife and I fly into Milan. We land on a Thursday at around 6:45 AM. Between getting through passport control, a quick shower, and the trip into Milan Centro, we assume we will be in Milan Centro by 9 AM. We plan on leaving our luggage at left luggage and our intention is to take a train to Florence in the late afternoon, early evening.

Is it possible to...

Visit The Last Supper (need a reservation)
Have a panzerotti at Luini
Do the full Duomo tour (Cathedral, roof, archaeological site)
Stroll through Galeria Vittorio Emanuelle II
Visit Castello Sfornisco

and then catch a train in the 5 PM hour. Looking for any advice. We understand the best way to hit the Last Supper and the Duomo is with reservations. I'll make sure I am on top of it. But is this too ambitious? We would rather see two sights and see them right, than see multiple sites, but I wonder if it would be possible to do more. Our goal would be to have dinner in Florence that evening. Thanks

Yes this is possible. But you might feel jet lag. People respond very differently to that.
There is really nothing to Galeria Vittorio Emanuelle II and I think Castello Sfornisco you might cut out.

Thank you. I'm a trooper with jet lag. My wife, historically, hits a wall around 5 on our trips which is why I'd like to make a 5 PM or so train. By then, she could fall asleep on shards of glass for an hour or two, which is perfect for the trip to Florence.

I don't plan on shopping in the Galeria. But it looks like it's worth a stroll through. Thank you again.
