What is the best(easiest,least expensive) way to get from the Airport to Venice? We arrive around 10:30pm & will have luggage for a cruise. Also, would like to go to Murano next am & need suggestions. Where would we catch a vaporetto & what is the cost?

In the airport there is a place you can buy a bus ticket and a vaporetta pass. But they want cash--no credit cards. If you are traveling with minimal luggage take the bus to piazza roma and then catch the vaporetta. Otherwise take a water taxi--expensive but best with lots of luggage. If you check Steves book he mentions the Alilaguna Speedboat from the airport to Venice for 11 euro.It is a short walk to the boat dock or there is a bus.Taking the bus to venice works to but then you need to ride the vaporetto.
