Looking for suggestions for a clean, mid-range hostel in Rome, Florence and Venice that won't be filled with youngsters drinking all night. I'm looking for an authentic, quiet experience.

Suore di Santa Elizabetta was so amazing for my husband and me. It was reasonable and peaceful w/ a rooftop terrace where we ate every night. It was my favorite stay of our entire 5 weeks in Europe.
