7 days near Siena w/car--Which towns to visit??

My husband and I will be staying just outside Siena for 8 days/ 7 nights in mid June with a car. In the Tuscany portion our previous two trips we have visited Florence, Lucca, Sam Gimignano, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Assissi and the Chianti area. We definitely plan to revisit many of these towns, but we also want see some new places. So far we've added Volterra, Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio to our list of must see's... from there I'm having a hard time narrowing down the list of the many towns in Tuscany worth a visit. (I've found most of the guidebooks seem to stop there also). I would love any suggestions of Tuscan towns worth a visit or any possible driving iteneraries from Siena. Thanks so much!

I've been to all the ones you listed above and that's as far as I've gone, but my next trip I'm going a little further and checking out Perugia, Cetona, Todi, Spoletto, and Spello. I have friends who have been to these places and highly recommend them.

The drive between Siena and Florence on Route 222 is very scenic and worth stopping in many of the little towns along the way. It's worth a couple of days.
