If going to Orvieto in the Umbria region, there’s Civita that you can learn more about from RSs IT guidebook and is the biggest draw of what I’ve listed. Other than that, Umbria’s two best provinces are Perugia and Terni.
Perugia province - Assissi, Gubbio, Norcia, Perugia City and Spello.
Terni province - Giovanni and Orvieto.
Marche region:
Ancona province - Corinaldo which is known for its lasagne (vincisgrassi).
Ascoli Piceno province - Grottammare
Fermo province - Moresco
Pesaro & Urbino province - Urbino
