I am flying out of Rome at 6AM so I figure I have to be there by at least 4AM to check-in (ryanair). The earliest bus to Ciampano airport is 430AM! Any advice on what to do? Has anyone slept overnight at Ciampano? Thanks!!

I would take the 4:30 bus..it is such a small airport, and security is pretty quick. With the 430 bus there is never traffic, you will be there one hour in advance. I'd definitely do that, not sleep in the airport, I do not believe it is allowed anyway :(

We had a similar problem and have engaged the service of "Rome Cabs". (stephanorometours.com)They come highly reccomended.
They did not list the trip we wanted (quick trip from Ciampino to Fiumicino), but I sent them an Email anyway.
I got a reply and an excellent price.($45eu)
We did not think that we could make our Fiumicino flight in time, so we decided to spring for their services.
