Since we will be in Rome Nov. 18-23, do you think I should buy tickets for the sites before we get there or do you think it will be just as easy to get them there? Also, have you rented a car from Kemwell? Thanks

In November you will not have any issues getting tickets to just about anything unless there is a major festival going on. Check Rick Steves Rome guidebook for any exceptions, but there shouldn't be many.
