My husband and I are visiting Italy. We will be in France prior to Italy and have not decided where in Italy to visit first. We will be in Italy the first week of May. We will be leaving from Venice and we are planning on renting a car. We figured this would be the better route because we would like to visit winery's. We will be in Italy for 6 days and would like to be in Venice at least one of the days. We are interested in food wine and prefer to visit the country side over huge crowds. Any suggestions?
