6 am flight- FCO>CDG >IAD

We have an early Monday morning (6 am) flight from FCO to CDG and then on to IAD. How early should we arrive at the airport? Debating whether to move that last night to the Hilton at FCO or stay at our hotel near Termini.

Ask the airline what time check-in opens. No point getting there at 3 if they don't open till 4.
