Italy in November

We have made travel plans for early November in Tuscany and Cinque Terre. Anyone have ideas or opinions on this time of year.We will be driving.

Perhaps the best month of all for that region. Not so warm and WAY less crowded. Have fun!

Pat,

From what I recall, some of the lodgings in the Cinque Terre close down for the winter in November. If you're planning on staying there, you might want to consider Monterosso al Mare first, as it has the largest selection of lodgings.

I'm not sure about Tuscany? I suppose it would depend on which town you were planning to visit.

Also, the weather may start deteriorating about that time, so the driving might be a bit more difficult?

Cheers!
