5 minutes to change trains in Milano Lambrate--advice?

Hey guys! So quick question if anyone has experience in this station. Will five minutes be enough to change trains in Milano Lambrate to catch my next train to Bérgamo? My destination in the airport in Bérgamo but I think my train ticket only goes to the Bérgamo train station, so I will have to take a bus (if anyone can confirm this) to the airport.

Will my next train be somewhat easy to find? They're both "regionale veloce" and my tickets show numbers next to regionale, but I'm not sure if those numbers will be on display. I just want to avoid missing my connection. Thanks!

While I don't know this station, I think 5 minutes for any train is not enough time even if the 2nd train were directly across the platform. If that first train is even a few minutes late, you'll be left as that 2nd train won't wait and considering you need to go the airport, I would NOT recommend a 5 minute transfer time.

If it were a Swiss train, not a problem. But Italian? The question I would seek an answer on is what happens if I miss the connection? Is the ticket still good for the next train? If it is, it may be a good gamble with a fall back. What are the consequences of missing the connection and what is the gain in taking the chance?

Hey thanks you guys for the replies. I am not sure if I can use it on the next train. I need to find out. My flight leaves from Orio al Serio at 21:15 and my train arrives in Milano Lambrate at 16:38 with five minutes to hop onto the next train at 16:43. It's crazy how GoEuro even offered me this option but can't do much now. Worst case I'll have to buy a ticket to Bérgamo station then catch the bus to the airport.

Go Euro doesn't run the trains. In fact I've never heard of them.

The rail company Trenitalia runs the trains.

If in fact they are both Regionale or Regionale Veloce, as long as you are within the validity time of your ticket (6 hours for a real ticket after validation, 4 hours for one bought on line from the time printed on the ticket) you can get on any R or RV heading in the direction your ticket says.
