5 hours in Foggia

I have five hours while waiting for the next leg of my train trip to Modena. Suggestions? Swimming?

I'm so jealous. My grandparents were from Foggia - Rodi Garganico. I hope someone can suggest something really wonderful for you to do!

Swimming? Where? Foggia is not on the coast or on a lake.
There is a cathedral.
