We will be in Venice on a Monday and have a 7:30 am flight back home on Tuesday out of Milan Malpensa airport. What is the easiest way to get to airport and when should we leave? Thanks!

Leave Venice @ noon-3, train to Milan@3hrs, Shuttle to Malpensa@45min, have a hotel booked that will pick-up, and drop off, we stayed in a Best Western. It is not a really wonderful way to end your trip, but you will be tired, and this allowed us to stay as long in Venice as possible. Good luck. Jeff

I organized a thread with link to various hotels near Malpensa. It's getting a little old, but you can get to many of the hotel websites, and Tripadvisor will have current reviews.
For a 7:30 departure, it's best to stay out near the airport. But dull.
