What time of year? 100 Euros will get you MUCH further in off-season than in summer.

Hi Steph,
Since you are going to Rome in March, you may be able to get incredible hotels for half the price, which are located about five to ten minutes away from Termini.
I suggest buying Rick Steves' Italy guidebook. He gives a good description for hotels. Have a look at all of the hotel websites that he lists, and check out any last minute deals, special offers, and Rick Steves' Reader Reservations icons that you find.
TripAdvisor is a fantastic website, since you can check out Rick's listed hotels, and look at other traveler's comments on the hotel, the neighbourhood, great restaurants, and proximity to sites.
