We are driving from Venice to Bellagio. Approx. how long will it take us? I know it's approx. 165 miles but what is the travel like? and Rick recommends Hotel Suisse in Bellagio in his book but I can't get their website and don't want to go through a booking agent. Any suggestions?

It appears that they may not have a current website. That's not too unusual for a small mom and pop operation.

viamichelin.com estimates about 4 and 1/2 hours for the trip. Depending on when you go, it could take longer because of traffic. I also don't think the hotel has parking.
