Hi All...does anyone have a Hotel or apartment suggestion for four girls staying in one room for either Rome or Venice??

In Venice I'm sure there are multitudes of choices, but the 2 I know personally are the Pensione Accademia (http://www.pensioneaccademia.it/)and the Hotel Malibran (http://www.hotelmalibran.com/index.html) with the Malibran being much more affordable. I'm sure there are apartments also.
In Rome I always suggest the 1 and only apartment that our family stayed in http://www.primitaly.it/appartamenti/casaparadiso/uk.htm
It is centrally located in the historic district near Campo de Fiori - very affordable and very nice compared to the sky-high prices of hotels in Rome.

We called hotel d'Art in Venice. We got a two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom for a good price. It didn't have a view but worked perfectly for our family of five.

Hotel Rosetta in Rome. Absolutely the best. Stayed there with my 3 friends in a 4 person suite (1 double, 2 twins) with a shower ensuite (shared bathroom right outside our door). Charming, cute and spacious! Easy to find, close to a metro station and well-located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were also reasonable, I think we all spent about ~50 USD per person each night or so. Here's the hotel link:
