4 days in Northern Italy

We are planning to spend 4 nights in Northern Italy this June -- 2 nights in Venice followed by 2 nights in Milan before we head back to the US (Prior to this, we will have spent 2 weeks exploring London, Bruges, Paris, and Nice). I am looking for nice but reasonably priced B&Bs and Hotels in these Italian cities, along with ideas for activities in the area. We love all things wine-related. Does anyone know of fun wine tours or wineries in northern Italy?

In Venice, 2 trips, both times stayed at Al Campaniel and hope to book there for the trip this year. Right off San Toma stop (30 secs down an alley) - chocolate shop across the alley, we had a room with separate but private locked washroom, in late Sept, was around 72euro...and they let us keep our luggage in a locked closet both times after we checked out of the room but weren't leaving Venice until late...saving train stn locker fees...and the breakfast - croissants, toast, rolls, cheese, cereal, juice, coffee, tea...very filling
