Looking for input on the 3C Bed and Breakfast in Venice. The reviews on Trip Advisor seem too good to be true. If you have any experience with this B&B, please share your opinions.

Based on all the favorable Trip Advisor reviews, I had booked a room there for Aug 2012 but ended up having to cancel the trip. What I can tell you is that they always replied promptly to my e-mails and were very professional and helpful. When I re-scheduled the trip for Aug 2013, I decided to pay a little more for a B&B with a canal view but I would not have hesitated to re-book with 3C. The B&B we decided on was simply a little more easily accessible and we liked that it had a private water taxi landing so we were able to take a water taxi directly to the B&B after a long day of flying from California. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with 3C though. Have a great trip!
