35 Graduate University Students traveling to Castelrotto - looking for meeting space to hold class

Hello,

I am from Seattle University and each year I take a group of 30 - 45 people to the Dolomites to study emotional intelligence.

In the past we have stayed in Seis and I was able to secure a large ballroom for our class.
This year, we are staying in Castelrotto and I am finding it challenging finding meeting space for our group to hold class and do yoga in.
Does anyone know of any community spaces that could be available or a contact I could get a hold of to help me find a space?
Thank you so much for your help!

Have you tried contacting the Tourist Office there?

If too small for a meeting and convention bureau (expand to regional level if need be), then ask the tourist bureau.....or equivalent to a chamber of commerce. Would that be the city hall?

Try the Mayor’s office. Most towns have a community center or space of some sort.

Bets has a good idea. We once had reason the visit the Mairie of the 3rd arrondissement in Paris, and it had a large salon for weddings, etc.
