What car rental agency is best to use in Rome at the airport?
I know it is best to rent from Canada or USA, but who has the best prices and insurance coverage?

Someone posted that Kemwell has good rates for Europe rentals, especially in Italy. They use Hertz as one of their suppliers. But it is a pre-paid car rental. 48 hours before pickup you can cancel for a full refund.

Autoeurope, EuropebyCar and Kemwel all have good reputations. They all are consolidators representing car rental agencies in Europe.
