3 day Roma Pass and Galleria Borghese

According to Galleria web site and RS, I can use the Roma pass. Of course you need a reservation. Web site reserves with payment. Then it proceeds to say if I am using the Roma pass, directs me to an email ([email protected]). I did that, but don't know how long I'll have to wait for their. Has anyone done this?
A better and more precise question is I want a tour guide with this visit and wondering if Roma Pass includes that or at least includes the admission and then you pay extra for guide?
Please answer both questions is possible.
Thank you!

No, the Roma Pass does not cover guided tours and you need to pre-reserve those as well if using the card. You will pay extra for a tour. How to do that is a question you should address to the museum either by phone or by email (phone would probably be better). It's the weekend so I don't imagine you'd hear any response to a question asked today via email until Monday.

"Please note: for reservations to the Borghese Gallery and/or Domus Romane/Palazzo Valentini, please call +39 06 32810 (open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm – Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm) or send an email to [email protected]."

I called this morning to book reservations for mid-October using the Roma Pass and was advised that I was calling too far in advance - they only take reservations 1 month ahead of time.
