3.5 Day Rome Itinerary. Suggestions?

My wife and I are headed to Rome in November for 3 full days and a half day. We are looking for thoughts/suggestions on our itinerary. We are staying at Al Manthia Hotel
Day One (half Day):
Arrive in City Center around noon. Hang out in Monti. Do Rick's Heart of Rome walk and spend the evening out.
Day Two:
St. Peters Basilica w/ dome. Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Castel St. Angelo. Pantheon. Piazza Navona. Campo Di Fiori.
Day Three:
Coloseum Tour. Roman Forum and Palentine Hill. Piazza Venezia and Capitolium Hill. Possible walk to Aventino Hill and Knights of Malta Key hole. Then head to Tiberina Island and do Rick's Trastevere Walk. Head to Gianicolo Hill.
Day 4:
Check out the Trevi Fountain Early. National Museum, Borgehese Gallery. Villa Borgehese. And the Spanish steps. We plan on using Rick's app for alot of the sites.
Any suggestions or change in flow are greatly appreciated.

Hi! Looks good! Depending on how things unfold on your first day and IF it's easy to get into the Pantheon, you may want to add that then - especially since you'll have the entire afternoon and evening to enjoy your 'Heart of Rome' stroll.
As suggested, seeing Trevi Fountain in the evening is really pretty...and less crowded.
It's a fantastic place to explore - my husband and I walked our legs off and loved every minute!

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Rick's "Heart of Rome" walk includes Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Trevi and the Spanish Steps so if you are following his map, you don't need to repeat these. I'm also thinking that you're planning on doing it backwards as the end of it (Spanish Steps) is closer to your accommodation than the beginning (Campo dei Fiori)? Or doing it in pieces?

Side note: someone did a video of their walk in the order Rick has it, just in case you're interested in visuals of what's along the way. :O) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruIPADSYIPE

Yes, Campo dei Fiori, should be done in the morning if interested in the market but IMHO, it's not a must-do if another time of the day works more efficiently.

Day 3: Ooof. As was suggested above, mark the pieces things you MOST want to do as you've got a LOT on the list here! The one thing you have going for you is lack of exhausting summer heat but it's still a lot of footwork. Can't believe i'm adding one more thing but if you can, start the Trastevere walk just a little further north, in the Jewish Ghetto, en route to Isola Tiberina? The short walk about the ruins back in there is interesting.

Just a heads-up, Piazza Venezia is sort of a mess what with ongoing construction for the Line C metro station.

You are going to have a wonderful trip! :O)

I quite enjoyed the way we organized our 3-day Rome stay:
DAY ONE - ANCIENT ROME. Colosseum, Forum, Capitoline Museum. And a nearby church, San Pietro in Vincoli to see Michelangelo's Moses.
DAY TWO - VATICAN. Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St Peter's Basilica.
DAY THREE - BAROQUE ROME. Camp di Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon (out of chrono sequence, but right there), Trevi Fountain, Corso, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo.

I would add to make sure you check whether sites are open on the days you are in Rome. The Vatican Museums/Sistine Chapel are closed on Sundays (except for the last Sunday of the month) and Castel Sant'Angelo is closed on Mondays.
