I've been trying to locate an 800 number for TrenItalia and cannot find on the website. Also, we are visiting Caserta Palace near Naples and would like to know if there are luggage lockers at this station.

The phone number you're looking for is an Italian phone number, they don't use the American 800 system. The Italian phone # in 2006 was 848-888-8088 but you'll also have to dial prefixes if dialing from the US (see one of Rick's books in the appendix for dialing instructions).
