Has anyone stayed at this hotel and how was it? (I have already checked Tripadvisor)

We stayed there for 2 nights with RS's group in early May thsi year. It was adequate, not fancy, but is very close to the center of activities - Rialto Bridge, Piazza San Marco.
The room we had faced a small street, with some noises at night, but it really was not bad. The breakfast was simple and OK. There is a night shift watch man in the front desk all night.
