2 options for Munich to Venice train

I will be taking the train from Munich to Venice on Sunday June 10th. There are 2 schedules that I am considering. 1. Munich @ 7:31AM - Venice @ 13:56. 2. Munich @ 11:31 - Venice @ 18:10. We are staying in Venice. Thoughts? Thanks.

DEPENDS HOW LONG YOU'VE SPENT IN MUNICH. IF IT'S ALREADY ENOUGH TIME, TAKE THE EARLY TRAIN. IF NOT TAKE THE LATE TRAIN. VENEZIA IT'S EASY TO GO AROUND. AS SOON AS YOU EXIT THE TRAIN STATION, YOU'LL FIND BOATS IN FRONT OF YOU. THE ONES WITH TAXI ON TOP ARE PRIVATE AND WILL TAKE YOU WHEREVER YOU WANT. IF YOUR HOTEL IS CLOSE TO A "PUBLIC BOAT SERVICE" STOP, JUST GET THAT ONE, IS GONNA COST YOU LESS. ON THIS WEBSITE http://www.actv.it/en YOU CAN EVEN FIND HOW TO CALCULATE THE ROUTE FROM STATION TO THE HOTEL WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

Thank you Cristina. We will have been in Germany for a week so I believe I will take the earlier train. I am using my Marriott points and staying here which I believe is just a good walk from the train station from the map. Boscolo Venezia, Autograph Collection Fond. Madonna dell'Orto 3500
Venice, 30121 Italy

BOSCOLO ARE ALWAYS A REALLY GOOD CHOICE!!! THEY'RE REALLY NICE, KIND OF HIGH-CLASS HOTELS. ANY WAY THE ROUTE FROM "FERROVIA" TO "MADONNA DELL'ORTO" WHERE THE HOTEL IS, IS MORE THAN 1KM. IF YOU HAVE MANY BAGS WITH YOU, IT'S EASIER TO GET THE FERRY BOAT. ON THAT WEBSITE I TOLD YOU ABOUT, ON THE LEFT COLUMN YOU CAN CALCULATE YOUR ROUTE. I DID IT FOR YOU AND: FERROVIA(BAR ROMA) 14:30 MADONNA DELL'ORTO 14:45 (TAKES 00:15) FERROVIA(BAR ROMA) 14:40
MADONNA DELL'ORTO 14:56 (TAKES 00:16) YOU'LL FIND ONE OF THESE EVERY HOUR (DEPARTURE FROM FERROVIA 13.30, 13.40, 14.30, 14.40, 15.30, 15.40 - ARRIVAL IN MADONNA DELL'ORTO 13.45, ETC.) HOPE THIS WAS HELPFULL :)

Yes it is beautiful. I hope you're gonna have the chance to come here in the future!! There are no words to describe how beautiful this area is. Venice's nice too, you won't regret the choice :) I'm available if you need further details. If you find the post "food in Italy" I wrote about places where to eat in Venice.
