Quick and thorough!

The church of Santa Maria della Vittoria may be closed by the time you get there. For the Galleria Borghese you need to be there 30 minutes ahead of your appointment time, but I'm not sure how that works if you have the first appointment of the day and the Galleria opens at 9.

By my estimation, your itinerary excluding travel time, meal and snack breaks, amounts to anywhere from six to nine hours a day. I think you can do it. Good call to visit the Accademia (go upstairs for paintings) and San Marco on the same day, they are only a couple of blocks apart.
