I assume that you will be flying into CDG and want to make a connection directly from there. If you book well in advance, you can fly CDG-Luton on easyJet for around €35. The cheapest way to get from Luton to central London is to take the easyBus.

Take the chunnel, it's about a two and a half hour ride and it is very nice. I paid last year about $85.00 for second class.
