Arriving MXP Airport, Where do I go to catch the bus to Central train station. Also, how much is the bus fare and how long is the train ride from Milan to Venice?

The bus is right outside of the terminal at the curb, don't think there were any others but ask "Milano Centrale?" before boarding. Cost was 5 or 6 euros (I forget which), the trip takes about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic. The bus is very comfortable (I fell asleep). Not sure about the trip to Venice, check out the trenitalia site for trains; the faster you go (i.e. on a EuroStar) the more expensive the ticket and more modern the train; slower trains (InterRegional trains) are cheaper and older.
