Does anyone have personal experience with appts in florence for five people (at least 2 bedrooms with doors) on a low floor. Max 200 euro/night but prefer less?

No personal experience with apt in Florence........we prefer Sienna as a base, with day trips to Florence. Rick's statement in his book "Siena is magical at night" is so true....
Check out the rentals at VRBO, and see if some of them may meet your needs.

Have you tried venere.it? Also search florence, italy apartments. Our apt. was not on a low floor and no elevator, which didn't bother us, so I won't recommend it, but we did see several on ground floors during our search. There is so much to see and enjoy in Florence, even a week is not enough. Good luck on your search and happy travels.
