Hi, I am a newbie to this forum. I loved the Ireland forum in 2011 went I was planning my Ireland trip.
My wife and I will be spending 14 days in Trequanda beginning November 1 of this year. Anybody have some wonderful ideas of what we might like to do while we are there in that region? Thank you in advance for any thoughts.

Thank you very much for this information. There are a couple of places in your list which I had not yet heard of.
Roberto Becci is a tour guide in the region (www.toursbyroberto.com). He is Rick Steves recommended, and well reviewed on this forum and Trip Advisor. If you click on day tours, you will see that he takes you to "off the beaten path" places that you might not see on your own. He has an eight passenger Mercedes van, so groups are small. Lunch is usually at a local farm that he has arranged. His English is great and he is very knowledgeable and entertaining. If you call the phone number on the site you will most likely get someone who speaks English.
