Would like to hire driver to pick us up at Palermo airport and take us to cefalu. Any suggestions?

My first thought would be the regular, public transport option: From Palermo “Falcone & Borsellino” airport, take the bus from the company Prestia and Comandè which departs every half hour from the airport to the central train station in Palermo. It takes about 50 minutes to reach the train station. Once there take the train to Cefalù train station, which takes about 60 minutes.

Otherwise, a Google search will offer various shuttle companies such as http://www.shuttledirect.com/transfers/Cefalu.
