What is the difference between halfboard & fullboard? Is fullboard "all inclusive", drinks and all?
Alcoholic drinks wouldn't usually be included except, possibly, for a carafe of wine. Halfboard usually means breakfast and lunch. Fullboard means dinner as well.
We've gotten halfboard on several occasions and it always included breakfast and dinner with usually 1/4 carafe of wine per person. The meals are usually specific for each evening. Our dinner was usually a choice from a select menu or sometimes a set menu. Never been disappointed.
Full board includes all meals but we usually aren't near our hotel for lunch so never went for it.
