We have been to the all popular Italian destinations and seen many of the sites. We will have 11 days after a wedding outside of Florence and ending in Rome for 5 nights. We're interested in a very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the true Italian culture. Our hope is to find an airbnb type stay for 11 days with walking accessibility to stock a small fridge for breakfast/coffee and enjoy local cuisine. We'd also like the ability to take a couple day trips by train. We tend to enjoy Northern Italy but are open to all suggestions! I've searched the web and haven't had much luck. Please help. Our travel is Oct. 2023. Need to make a decision and need feedback PLEASE! Many thanks in advance.
