train ticket

I pre-payed/reserved tickets for venice-florence on Frecciargento and florence-rome on Frecciarossa. we have assigned seats as well. How do I get the actual ticket, like the example shows in Rick Steve Book, I only got a print out from the Trentanila website. please advise

All you need is a PNR number. That is your confirmation and they will just look up the code. You don't need an actual ticket if you have a PNR number. Donna
