where to stay night before leaving Italy through Marco Polo airport

We're planning to drive back toward Venice from Lake Como the day before we fly out of Marco Polo airport at 11 am. Should we stay in Padua (we have a one night stay 10 days prior) or at one of the hotels near the airport? We're inclined to drop the car at the airport and stay at a hotel near the airport. But which one?

A few years ago we stayed at the Courtyard at the airport. It was clean, quiet, and there were computers for the guests to use. But there wasn't any place conveniently nearby to have dinner. We didn't feel like wandering after dark down the street. So we ate at the hotel. Though the food was so-so, the trade off was the convenience. Many Americans stayed there as well. And the shuttle back to the airport in the morning was handy. Have a great trip!

I stayed at Best Western Titian with a shuttle included and brfast.
Well located, a few steps from a bus stop also. Very clean and efficient.

I concur with JS, we stayed at the Best Western Titan because we had an early flight. It was well located and the shuttle was nice Hank, Novato, CA.

We also stayed at the Best Western Titan our last night. We had a 6:30am flight from Marco Polo and wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was clean, reasonable price and had a shuttle. Plus it was close to a bus stop which allowed us to easily venture back to Venice.

Yet another Best Western Titian customer. Nothing special....breakfast was Meh? The WiFi was good (& free) room was small but clean, price was right, & the shuttle was also free...'tho the place was so close we could have walked to VCE in about 15 min. It's all you need for one night & a good price.
