Walks of Italy Tours

We traveled in Italy Sept 7-19, and scheduled all our tours “Skip the Lines” small groups with this Company. We were floored by the amount of attention & info given to us on the 3 different tours, Milan, Florence & Rome. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable, polite & helpful in all aspects. We would definitely recommend this organization for anyone, that wants to see as much as possible in a short time span!!

Annie, WOI has such a great reputation on these forums, and I'm so glad you are another fan of their tours! :O)

I will note though that ANY pre-purchased ticket or tour with virtually any company allows one to skip long ticket lines. What they don't allow is skipping security check queues, which are usually short and/or rapidly moving but are queues nonetheless.

It has been a few years since we used them, but agree with your enthusiasm for them. We have done 5 tours with them in Italy, and each one was fantastic. The professionalism and knowledge of the tour guides was amazing. Definitely worth the cost of the tours.

We were in Italy from Sept 11-25th and visited Rome, Cinque Terre, Vareena, and Venice. We booked tours with Walks of Italy that included the Pompeii Tour from Rome with Amalfi Coast Drive, Crypts, Bones & Catacombs: An Underground Tour of Rome, VIP Colosseum Underground Tour with Roman Forum & Palatine Hill and the Venice Food Tour and Gondola Ride. We were very happy with all of the tours and felt that the tours were well planned, interesting and a good value. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, answered questions and helpful. We booked the tours in April when we were planning the trip so that we wouldn't be excluded if the tours sold out. I would use this company again.
