Is anyone familiar with these via Palchetti 3 apartments or this area in Florence? I haven't been able to find any reviews - Any help is appreciated.

This short street is near Santa Maria Novella and is central to the historic sites. Il Latini, one of Rick Steves recommended restaurants is on this street.
